Job Description:
- Assist the Staff Occupational Therapist with patient-related activities and direct patient care.
- Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes as required.
- Communicate with supervisors and other health team members regarding patient progress and plans.
- Assist the nursing department with training Restorative Aides.
- Instruct patients' families or nursing staff in maintenance programs and caregiver training for discharge preparation.
- Help with cleaning and maintaining the treatment area and report any equipment issues.

Requirements:
- Must be currently registered/licensed in the applicable state and maintain an active license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited 2-year college-level program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain it during orientation and keep it current throughout employment.
