Seeking an experienced Board Certified Pathologist to join a fantastic team in southern Delaware. CP Boarded required, other subspecialties welcome, especially Dermatopathology and Hematopathology. The group is well-respected in the community and has been providing outstanding quality pathology services for the past 25 years.

Job Description:

• Director opportunity available as well
• Team consists of 10 pathologists supporting the pathology departments at 3 community hospitals and several surgical centers
• Building a relationship with the community of doctors is key
• Call: Rotating call schedule but very rarely being called in might be called in for gift of life/organ donor call or blood bank question
• Autopsy rotation not a lot they maybe get 5 a year
• Volume: 17k cases last year; 52k procedures last year
• Open door policy among all staff and pathologists
• Work on any type of case
• Lots of autonomy
