Job Description:

• Join a non-profit network of 14 medical and 6 dental community-based Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC)
• Offer comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, pediatrics, chiropractic, and specialty healthcare services in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Sutter, Tehama, and Yuba counties
• Adopt the Patient-Centered Medical Home model of health care delivery that encourages improved quality and greater involvement of patients in their own care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $339,900 - $463,500
