A physician-led, professionally managed, employed provider group is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to provide Gastroenterology medical management services to infants, children, and adolescents in northeast Tennessee.

Job Description

• Practice as a general pediatrician embedded in a pediatric gastroenterology clinic
• Diagnose gastroenterology or other related medical conditions, create a treatment plan, prescribe medications, and administer immunizations to promote health and prevent disease
• Supervise advanced practice providers
• Make decisions regarding patient care to include screening, assessment, diagnosis, prognosis, reassessment, and discontinuation of care
• Possess the expertise and clinical ability to provide evaluation and management of complex pediatric patients
• Provide support and education to families and patients
• Analyze and collect data
• Coordinate care with primary care provider and GI providers
