Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)

Job Description:

• Part of a multidisciplinary team caring for critically ill patients in Hospital ICUs
• Responsibilities include daily rounds, management of critical illnesses, common bedside procedures, ventilator management, ICU admissions, critical care consults, and bed flow management
• Participate in the Medical Emergency Team and respond to all emergencies within the hospital
• Independent critical thinking and patient care management are essential
• Rotational day, night, and weekend responsibilities across three hospitals

Requirements:

• Motivated, confident, compassionate, and patient-focused
• Prior experience and a strong interest in critical care medicine preferred
• Organization, flexibility, adaptability, and strong time management skills
