Epileptologist

Seeking a full-time BE/BC Epileptologist to join a well-established outpatient group practice in Rapid City, SD. This is a busy, hospital-employed position with all major subspecialties represented.

Job Description

• Monday - Friday hours with no call
• Inpatient neurology needs are provided by a fully staffed 24-hour neurohospitalist service
• Inpatient EEG wet reads are done by neurohospitalists, and on weekdays epileptologists make the final read and report
• Financial incentives for reading additional studies outside of normal work hours are available if desired

About the Facility

The Neuroscience Center is a busy tertiary care center that serves a 5-state region. It includes a busy regional sleep center, neurohospitalist service, neurointerventionalist service, and comprehensive outpatient neurology services. Epilepsy neurosurgical services and an EMU are anticipated starting in fall 2026, with plans to apply for Level III epilepsy center.
