Physiatrist

Job Description:

• Diagnose and treat patients with physical disabilities and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible physiatrist
• Experience in managing patients with a wide range of physical disabilities and chronic conditions
• Ability to provide rehab and pain consults in SNFs, including trigger points and joint injections
