    Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

    Location: Anchorage, AK

    Job Description:

    • Acute Inpatient Child & Adolescent program
    • Complete initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, discharges, patient documentation, treatment team meetings, and daily care of assigned patients
    • Mostly inpatient setting with optional outpatient, partial hospitalization, or residential treatment center volume available if interested
    • Flexible scheduling options including variations of block scheduling or Monday-Friday; hybrid in-person/remote arrangements available
    • Minimal call/weekend coverage: 1:5 Saturday/Sunday rounding and once per week evening call (phone only)

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base salary range: $330,000-$350,000, determined by experience level, qualifications, job fit, and other factors
