    Location: Just NW of Little Rock, Arkansas

    Job Description:

    • Schedule is open to your preferences
    • 2 C&A units, one of which turns to adult patients in the summer months
    • APPs on site and the Psychiatrist at minimum does all of the admissions
    • TMS, PHP, and IOP programs available

    The adolescent residential treatment program provides short-term, acute support for young people who are suffering from a variety of mental health conditions, including:

    • Major depressive disorder
    • Anxiety disorder
    • Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD)
    • Conduct disorder
    • Adjustment disorder

    Inpatient adolescent programming features an interdisciplinary blend of best practices and evidence-based therapies. Our treatment philosophy combines features of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
