Job Description

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to residents' needs.
• Accurately administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress.
• Guide and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure optimal care.

Requirements

• Active and valid LPN license in NYS.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (preferred).
