    Our Davis Clinic is located just outside the greater Sacramento Region of California and hosts a fabulous team! This is an ideal position for a seasoned Physical Therapist or a new graduate! Our entire staff, along with our Physical Therapists, are devoted to clinical excellence!

    Job Description

    • Supervision of support staff in the clinical area
    • Provide direct patient care as prescribed including evaluation and treatment planning
    • Review physician's referral and patient's medical records to help determine diagnosis and required physical therapy treatment
    • Collaborate with other personnel in developing and implementing physical therapy care plans
    • Record prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in patient's chart or enter information into computer
    • Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation
    • Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit
    • Instruct patient and family in treatment procedures to be continued at home
    • Participate in educational activities of the service
    • Participate in clinical studies
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • California state licensed Physical Therapist
    • Valid California driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, CPR, TB test, and proof of immunity or vaccines to MMR and COVID.
