Radiology Technician

Join our dynamic team at CHA Everett Hospital, where we provide a variety of diagnostic testing services in the cardiovascular department. This full-time position offers a structured work schedule with a focus on delivering high-quality care.

Job Description

• Perform a broad spectrum of non-invasive cardiovascular tests to provide medical specialists with data for diagnostic purposes.
• Conduct a wide range of cardiovascular non-invasive tests according to established protocols, including:
  • Cardiovascular 2-D imaging, color flow, spectral display, continuous and pulsed wave Doppler
  • Exercise/pharmacologic stress, harmonics, and contrast imaging
  • Holter scanning
• Recognize adequate vs inadequate data collection and prepare preliminary reports for physician interpretation.
• Identify abnormalities and life-threatening findings, reporting them to the physician or nursing unit as indicated. Document notifications as part of Quality Improvement activities.

Requirements

• Education/Training: Accredited Allied Health Program, registry eligible.
• Certifications: American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS Healthcare Provider.
• Work Experience: Previous clinical background required.
