Job Description
- The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for planning and providing patient care for patients in accordance with established Nursing Standards of Care.
- Demonstrates initiative, knowledge, and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs.
- Effectively manages patients by assuming full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Reports directly to a designated nurse manager and/or clinical manager/off shift manager.
Requirements
- BSN preferred
- Current MA RN Licensure
- Current AHA (American Heart Association) or ARC (American Red Cross) BLS Provider Certification required
