    Primary Care Physician

    Our growing network of primary care practices in the Southeast suburbs of a major metropolitan area is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team.     Job Description

    • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients ages 4 and up, with no hospital coverage required.
    • Serve a patient base of 70% commercial plans (BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UHC) and Medicare/Medicare Advantage, with minimal self-pay and no Medicaid patients.
    • Join a collaborative team averaging 3 physicians and 3 mid-level providers per office (5-9 total providers), supported by 2 dedicated Medical Assistants per provider, plus a lab tech, X-ray techs, front desk staff, and an office manager.
    • Work in a modern office with exam rooms, equipped with an on-site lab (Complete Blood Count and Urinalysis machines) and X-ray facilities.
    • Be part of an expanding network with new locations opening soon, all within a short drive from each other.

    Schedule

    • Hours: 4 days per week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts), with one late day per week (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, seeing patients from 1:00 PM).
    • No weekends: Enjoy a predictable schedule with no weekend or hospital duties.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary + production bonus: Competitive base with a 15% threshold bonus structure and ancillary revenue bonuses, offering $300,000+ earning potential.

    Requirements

    • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
    • Passionate about outpatient care with strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered practice.
    • Comfortable treating patients ages 4 and up in a high-volume, supportive setting.
