Job Description

• Outpatient GYN focus with a high-volume practice and fully outpatient emphasis. Flexible schedule options to choose full-time or reduced hours.
• Minimal call: Only 1 week of backup call per month for midwives on C-sections, supported by an OB hospitalist group ensuring no additional coverage is ever required. Midwives handle all OB independently.
• Top compensation: $425K - $450K base salary plus wRVU bonuses.
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.
• Student loan repayment: $15,000 annually.
• W2 with full benefits: Health, dental, 403(b), CME, and generous PTO.
