Job Description

• Focused on general psychiatry in an outpatient setting only
• Ability to do inpatient rounding if desired
• Flexible schedule tailored to your needs
• Options for part-time and full-time roles, with a 4-day work week arrangement available
• TelePsychiatry available
• Group call rotation: 1:17 (phone consultations only)
• Opportunities to engage in resident education

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive compensation model: base salary with production bonus
• Estimated base salary: approximately $370,000+ (depending on experience), with potential up to $400,000
• Signing bonus: $35,000
• Benefits package includes:
