Job Description

• Focused on General Psychiatry in an outpatient setting only
• Ability to do inpatient rounding if desired
• Flexible schedule tailored to your needs
• Options for part-time and full-time roles, with a 4-day work week arrangement possible
• Group call rotation: 1:17 (phone consultations only)
• Opportunities to engage in resident education

Compensation & Benefits

• Attractive compensation model: Base salary with production bonus
• Estimated base salary: Approximately $370,000+ (DOE), potential up to $400K
• Signing bonus: $35,000
