Job Description

• Location: Community hospital in a rural setting near Birmingham, AL - enjoy both small-town charm and big-city amenities.
• Practice Type: General Urology, subspecialties welcome.
• Team: Collaborate with 2 experienced Urologists in a high-demand setting.
• Partnership & Ownership: Opportunity for partnership; shared ownership of lithotripsy machine and building.
• Technology: Access to DaVinci Si & Xi robotics (use is optional).
• Schedule: Full-time, combining clinic and surgical/procedures.
• Call Duty: 1:3 rotation (about 10 days per month).
• EMR: Paragon (AllScripts).

Compensation & Benefits

• Income Guarantee: $650,000+ (base-neg.) for 2 years, plus production bonuses.
  • Documented $750K+ after production.
• Signing Bonus: $50,000-$100,000 sign-on bonus.
• Benefits: PTO, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, health/dental/vision, 401k.
• Relocation Assistance: $10,000.

Visa Sponsorship

• Support for International Candidates: Visa sponsorship available, including Conrad 30 & ARC program eligibility.
• Additional Assistance: Immigration attorney on retainer; visa expenses covered; green card sponsorship offered.
