Job Description:

• Perform all personal care activities contained in a written assignment by the Registered Nurse (RN), including personal hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, shaving, and physical transfer.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment, including light cleaning and straightening of the bathroom, sleeping and living areas, and washing dishes or laundry.
• Measure intake and output of fluids, temperature, pulse, respiration, or blood pressure.
• Keep records of personal health care activities.
• Observe appearance and gross behavioral changes, reporting to the Registered Nurse (RN).

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in home care is preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
  • Current, valid Pennsylvania CNA license OR 75 hour Home Health Aide Certificate
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Valid Driver's License
