Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are currently seeking LPNs who are available for night and weekend shifts! This position is for an adult client in Zolfo Springs that requires G-tube, trach, and vent care.

Job Description

• Medication administration per physician orders
• Physician ordered treatments for:
  • Nutrition via a feeding tube
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Suctioning nasal, oral, and/or endotracheal
  • Ventilation care
  • Seizure assessment and treatment

Requirements

• Current, active Florida RN or LPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• 1-Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
