Job Description

• CareATC is currently looking for a Physician that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care.
• The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education.
• We are looking for a family physician to work PRN at our clinic on 5th Avenue and cover time off for our full-time physician. The clinic hours are Monday - Friday 9am-6pm.
