Job Description

• CareATC is currently looking for a Physician that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care.
• The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education.
• We are looking for a board-certified Family Physician to work at our clinic serving the employees and families of Albemarle County, VA. This will be a newly built clinic, and the physician will work with a team of a Nurse Practitioner, Mental Health Professional, Physical Therapist, and Medical Assistants.
• There are no weekends, holidays, or on-call hours.

Compensation & Clinical Schedule

• Predictable hours: Monday through Friday schedule with a shared weekend rotation limited to two Saturday half-days monthly.
• The Physician: consistent schedule allowing for work-life balance, no on-call schedule or holiday schedules. Allows for consistent income with manageable productivity expectations.
• Annual compensation: base salary starting at $275k - $285k, commensurate with experience.
