Job Description

• CareATC is currently looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care.
• The CareATC approach is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education.
• The Family Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with the clinic staff to provide high quality, comprehensive primary care.
• We are looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to work 40 hours per week in our Microchip Clinic in Gresham, OR.
• The ideal candidate will have experience providing primary care in a clinic setting and enjoy getting to spend ample time with their patients.
• This is a fully benefit eligible position. The clinic is open Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm. There are no weekends, holidays, or on call.
