RN/LPN Shift Supervisor

Location: Northampton, MA

Job Description:

• Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of all aspects of nursing activities during the assigned tour of duty.
• Ensure adherence to State and Federal Regulations as well as Facility Policy and Procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality care.
• Serve as the Administration's representative in the absence of the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and the Administrator.
• Delegated with the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or an accredited RN program is preferred. Alternatively, a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and currently enrolled in an approved RN program, actively pursuing RN Licensure.
• 1+ year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.
• Actively licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN.
