Job Description

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
• Monitor residents' health, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to address medical concerns promptly
• Foster a sense of community and dignity for residents by building trusting relationships and advocating for their needs and preferences

Schedule

• Full Time and Part Time Opportunities
• AM Shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
• PM Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
• Part Time NOC (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM)

Requirements

• Currently Registered and Licensed as an LPN in the State of MN
• Currently CPR Certified
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays
