• Part Time: Wakita, OK

Job Description:

• Provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology to patients in skilled nursing and outpatient facilities
• Evaluate and treat patients using a variety of therapeutic techniques per physician's orders
• Provide documentation, prognosis, goals, responses, and education
• Establish communication with the interdisciplinary team
• Consult with other healthcare professionals, including Physicians, to offer patients the best, most holistic care possible

Requirements:

• Governed by licensure regulations and practice acts of the state in which employed
• Must have graduated from an approved therapy program and hold a current therapist license or be eligible to receive licensure
