Rehab Director
Job Description:
- Must be a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- Full Time
- Provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology to patients in skilled nursing and out-patient facilities
- Evaluates and treats patients utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques per physicians' orders
- Provides documentation, prognosis, goals, responses, education, and communication with interdisciplinary team
- Consults with other healthcare professionals, including Physicians, to offer patients holistic care
Requirements:
- Duties and responsibilities are governed by licensure regulations and practice acts of the state of employment
- Must have graduated from an approved therapy program and hold a current therapist license or be eligible for licensure
