Job Title: Staff Therapist

Job Description:

• Evaluate and treat patients using a variety of therapeutic techniques per physician's orders
• Provide documentation, prognosis, goals, responses, education, and establish communication with the interdisciplinary team
• Consult with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to offer patients the best, most holistic care possible

Requirements:

• Duties and responsibilities are governed by licensure regulations and practice acts of the state of employment
• Must have graduated from an approved therapy program and hold a current therapist license or be eligible to receive licensure
• Speech Language Pathology License (Required)
