Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our facility in Logansport, IN! The primary purpose of the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

Job Description

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.
• Must be 18 years and older.
• Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse of this state.
