    Job Description:

    • Supports clinical oversight of the nursing and medical staff
    • Provide direct patient care and staff support as needed:
      • Pre-procedure medical assessment
      • Recovery Room nursing
      • Participating in training of student nurses
    • Play lead role in complex clinical situations
    • Assists in orientation and training programs for new employees
    • Assists in creation and upkeep of policies and procedures that govern clinical services

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication skills
    • Excellent patient care skills
    • Intermediate computer skills (EHR experience preferred)
    • Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted
    • Active New Jersey APRN license
    • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
    • 2+ years of NP clinical experience (prior experience as an RN will also be considered if applicable)
    • Holds high standards, attention to detail and a commitment to CHWC's mission and core values

    Schedule:

    Full-Time hours Tuesday through Saturday - 9-5 - no overnights - no holidays
