Master's Level Clinician

Job Description
- Provide a safe, welcoming, and clean environment for our clients and families
- Perform trauma-informed assessments to identify the unique needs of clients
- Conduct short-term individual, couples/family, and group therapy for individuals and families with mental health and substance use disorders across the lifespan
- Maintain a yearly production expectation based on hours worked
- Complete billable services within 24 hours of the event
- Utilize collaborative documentation as a treatment modality
- Engage in effective coordination of care across health and behavioral health services to facilitate wellness and recovery of the whole person
- Make referrals or link to care coordination, peer support, and recovery services when needed
- Support transitions of care, including assisting with the development of aftercare planning with clients and families
- Provide crisis management services and coordinate with Emergency Services as appropriate
- Serve as a community educator by providing mental health information to relevant individuals, organizations, and groups
- Utilize evidence-based interventions, including motivational interviewing, to develop person-centered treatment plans through collaborative documentation
- Maintain a flexible schedule that is conducive to providing services in an open access model that will include in-person and telehealth services
- Maintain a caseload of clients and be open to triage and accommodate walk-in appointments
- Maintain record-keeping as required by CFS, funding sources, and accreditation authorities
- Participate in all supervision and training activities as required by CFS, funding sources, and accreditation authorities
- Keep EHR calendar up to date to support centralized scheduling
- Maintain CANS certification
- If licensed, complete continued education to maintain clinical professional licensure and ensure that licensure remains active
Requirements
- Master's level degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited educational institution
- Must be licensed or license eligible (LICSW, LHMH, LMFT, LADC-I)
- Experience with computers, specifically Electronic Health Record systems

- $5,000 full-time sign-on bonus (half at 3 months; half at 6 months)
