    School Based Clinician

    Job Description:

    • Provide therapy services within school settings and communities
    • Serve 1-3 schools across several counties in Maryland
    • Offer individual, family, and group therapy
    • Maintain billing targets for service reimbursement
    • Flexible and creative approach to clinical needs

    Accountability:

    • Accountable to the supervisory team of the OMHC

    Competencies:

    • Understand and apply clinical modalities for mental health treatment
    • Incorporate supervisory feedback for therapeutic interventions
    • Invest in ongoing clinical learning and training

    Strategic Capabilities:

    • Develop schedules based on client and stakeholder needs
    • Navigate school environments to educate on mental health
    • Manage direct care, documentation, care coordination, and outreach
    • Meet billable targets with flexibility and creativity

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
    • Active LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, or LMFT licensure required

    Pay:

    • $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
