Job Description

• Collaborate and lead one or more Physical Therapy Assistants
• Complete a target of at least 28 points of service each week
• Engage with adult and geriatric patients to support a safe home environment

Requirements

• Requires 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist; appropriate licensure
• Home care experience preferred
• Proof of a valid driver's license and active auto insurance is required
