    Registered Nurse II - Pick Your Own Schedule

    Union Hospital in Elkton, Maryland, a part of Christiana Care Health System, is seeking an RN to work in the Float Pool team. In this position, you will work in various units and learn valuable skills.

    Job Description

    • Full-time/Flex - 72 hours bi-weekly
    • Day/Evening/Midnight rotation - 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am Shift/Flexible Schedule
    • Weekend and Holiday requirements per the guideline of the department

    Requirements

    • BSN required.
    • ADN candidates are required to commit to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
    • Qualified applicants will have at least one year of experience. Acute care required.
    • BLS required.
    • ACLS preferred. Must get within 3 months of hire.

    Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05

    This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
