Christus Trinity Clinic Anesthesiology is seeking one full-time General Anesthesiologist to join its well-established department of over 18 years practicing in Tyler, TX. The ideal candidate will be a team player and enjoy working in a cohesive environment with experienced physicians and CRNAs. We are rapidly growing in all major service lines, including inpatient and outpatient surgery, GI endoscopy, electrophysiology, OB, pulmonary, radiology, and surgical oncology.

We have 3 call groups: general, pedi, and cardiac. The general call frequency is 1:16 (in-house) call. Shift is from 2:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Post-call day off is always provided. We have a BU (beeper) call and weekend call that is also 1:16. The group size consists of 25+ physicians and 65+ CRNAs, with 15% performing cases solo and 85% performing medical direction. There is no medical supervision. We pride ourselves on being fair with call, daily assignments, and production. No cherry-picking cases. We are hardworking, flexible, fair, team-oriented, and positive.

We can offer partial FTE positions if interested (0.5, 0.75, or 0.8).
