    • Adhere to all standards of the Physical Therapy Practice Act.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
    • LPT License in the state of employment.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
