Job Description:

February 2025 New Grad RN Residency Program - Sign-on Bonus $10,000
Positions available for new graduate nurses or RNs with less than 6 months of acute RN experience
Work locations include: The Children's Hospital, Medical Center, Westover Hills, New Braunfels, and San Marcos
Transition into the hospital world with a comprehensive, one-year residency program
Support from mentors, preceptors, and de-briefers
Interactive classes and skills labs taught by subject matter experts
Real-time evaluation and web-based development applications for tracking progress

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
Six months to a year of experience as a licensed RN or holder of an active GN permit
BLS required
