    Job Description:

    • Participate in a one-year Nurse Residency Pathway designed for recent or upcoming nursing graduates and RNs with less than 6 months of experience
    • Transition into the hospital environment with confidence, comprehensive knowledge, and enhanced skills
    • Benefit from mentorship, preceptorship, and debriefing from experienced nurses
    • Engage in interactive classes and skills labs taught by experts

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
    • Six months to a year of experience as a licensed RN or holder of an active Graduate Nurse permit
    • BLS certification required
    • RN License in state of employment or compact
    • Must complete the RN examination/licensure process prior to cohort start
