Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care

Join our multi-site healthcare clinic that has been serving its local community for more than 20 years, providing full scope primary care. We currently boast a staff of 8 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members, as well as visiting specialists. Being affiliated with a local hospital, we have easy access to services for laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray, EKG, minor surgical procedures, and more. In addition to a state-of-the-art mobile health unit, we also see patients in one primary clinic and two rural satellite offices.

Job Description

• This is an outpatient primary care position in a rural satellite health clinic, seeing patients of all ages or an adult-only patient panel (based on provider preference and background).
• Providers see an average of 22 to 25 patients per day and are supported by dedicated clinical assistants, with administrative time built into the schedule.
• All work is within the area of standard primary care:
  • Annual check-ups
  • Follow-up visits
  • Physicals
  • Chronic disease management
  • Minor sick/injury visits
• The practice uses an EHR.

Requirements

• Arizona NP or PA license
• DEA
• 1+ year advanced practice experience strongly preferred
• 1+ year primary care experience strongly preferred
• New graduates considered on an individual basis
• Comfort working autonomously without a physician on-site

Compensation

• $135,000 to $190,000 annual compensation
• $110,000 to $130,000 base salary
• $2,000 to $5,000 per month in bonus income
