Join our multi-site healthcare clinic in Congress, Arizona, which has been serving the local community for more than 20 years, providing full scope primary care. We currently boast a staff of 8 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers, supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members. Being affiliated with a local hospital, we have convenient access to services for laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray, EKG, minor procedures, and more.

Job Description

• This is an outpatient primary care role in a rural health clinic, seeing patients of all ages.
• Providers see an average of 22 to 25 patients per day and are supported by dedicated clinical assistants, with administrative time built into the schedule.
• All work is within the area of standard primary care:
  • Annual check-ups
  • Follow-up visits
  • Physicals
  • Chronic disease management
  • Minor sick/injury visits
• The practice uses an EHR.

Requirements

• Arizona NP or PA license
• DEA
• FNP or NCCPA certification
• Ability to see patients of all ages
• 1+ year advanced practice experience
• 1+ year primary care, urgent care, etc. experience

Benefits

• Full-time compensation: $135,000 to $190,000 annual income
• $110,000 to $130,000 base salary, negotiable depending on experience

Schedule
