Physician - Gastroenterologist

Job Description

• Work in a traditional outpatient setting, providing general gastroenterology services with the support of dedicated clinical and administrative assistants.
• Perform consultations, follow-up visits, treatment of GI conditions, colonoscopy, capsule endoscopy, upper endoscopy, ERCP, colon cancer screening, and nutrition counseling.
• See patients for conditions such as GERD, IBS, hemorrhoids, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, abdominal pain, pancreas disease, acid reflux, and more.
• Physicians see an average of 25 to 30 patients per day; this number is adjusted based on appointment type, patient needs, and provider preference.
• Utilize an EHR system for patient management.

Requirements

• Florida medical license
• DEA
• Board Certified or Eligible in Gastroenterology
• J1 / H1B visa candidates are welcome to apply

Compensation and Benefits

• $500,000 to $550,000 annual compensation
• $350,000+ base salary
• 55% of collections
