Job Description

• Full-time position working 7 shifts per month
• 24-hour shifts with a schedule created collaboratively
• Day-to-day NICU management
• Participation in multi-disciplinary rounds
• Delivery attendance
• Ventilator management
• Nutrition management
• Lab result reviews
• Meeting with families
• Newborn nursery coverage

Requirements

• Texas NP license
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification
• 1+ year NNP practice experience
• Hospitalist experience strongly preferred
