Join our dynamic team as a Physician in OB/GYN at a physician-owned medical practice specializing in the care of expectant mothers and newborns. Located in Beaumont, Texas, this organization combines a national infrastructure with local support, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality care.

Job Description

• Full-time position with flexible options and limited on-call
• Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Employed by a private practice based in a brand new outpatient clinic attached to a world-class medical center
• Begin as a clinic-based position and ramp up to include hospital-based work
• Surgical days scheduled per physician preference
• Typical schedule is 4.5 days a week: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
• Average of 20 deliveries per month, with incentives for higher production
• Spacious, modern birthing center at the hospital
• EHR system in use with clinical assistants available to assist providers
• On-call shared evenly between eight OB/GYN physicians

Requirements

• Texas medical license
• DEA
• Board Certification or Eligibility in OB/GYN
• No experience required; new graduates and fellows are welcome to apply

Compensation and Benefits

• $400,000 base salary
• Generous incentive bonus plan
