Join our physician-owned private practice in San Leandro, California, a multidisciplinary health center with more than 25 years of experience providing care for patients throughout northern California. Our services include internal medicine, occupational health, interventional pain management, and PM&R. We treat a wide array of musculoskeletal conditions and work-related injuries with the aim of improving functionality and well-being. We are currently hiring due to growth in multiple locations.

Job Description

• Focus on occupational-related injuries, serving a patient population primarily consisting of working-age adults.
• Collaborate closely as a multidisciplinary healthcare team to craft comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• See an average of 15 to 20 patients per day with the support of dedicated clinical assistants.
• New patient visits are scheduled for 40 minutes and follow-ups for 20 minutes.
• Work on teams with APPs, who typically focus on follow-up visits and minor procedures.
• Utilize the PrognoCIS EHR.
• No evening, weekend, or on-call responsibilities.
• Work with a majority of workers' compensation cases.

Requirements

• California medical license
• DEA
• Board Certification or Eligibility in PM&R
• No experience required

• Full-time compensation ranging from $250,000 to $300,000 base salary, dependent upon experience
