Job Description

• Work in a collaborative, dynamic environment with an integrated, multi-disciplinary care team
• Review patient histories
• Perform physical examinations
• Consult with patients and physicians to determine courses of treatment
• Provide treatments and care plans
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure total delivery of quality care

Providers see a variable number of patients per day, based upon patient needs and types of appointments scheduled. The office uses the AthenaHealth EHR.

Compensation

• $118,000 to $136,000 starting salary, negotiable dependent upon experience

Requirements

• New York NP or PA license
• DEA
• 1+ year advanced practice experience
• 1+ year rheumatology experience
