    Nurse Practitioner / Physician's Assistant

    Join a talented team of individuals who serve this country by caring for our Nation's heroes! Clay Consulting is a VA subcontractor looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant to perform in-person Veteran Medical Examinations.

    Job Description

    • Apply your expertise in the evaluation and diagnosis of general medical health conditions to support a Veteran's disability claim.
    • Gather and synthesize clinical evidence through medical and military record review, interviews with Veterans, and face-to-face examinations.
    • Develop a medical opinion of the likelihood that the Veteran's condition is related to their military service.
    • Note that our providers are not responsible for prescriptive authority, treatment plans, or treatment in any capacity.
    • Ensure timely and expert examination to assure that a Veteran's claim is heard and dutifully processed by the Veteran Benefits Administration.

    Requirements

    • Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
    • Board Certification.
    • An active and unrestricted NP/PA license in the state in which exams are performed.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as NP/PA.

    Benefits

    • Competitive salary ($125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year).
    • 40 hours/week: Monday - Friday day shift. No nights or weekends.
