Job Description:
- Responsible for monitoring and improving the level of care within Clinovators CBOC Program while identifying opportunities to reduce operating costs.
- Provide input into clinical policies, supervise medical/provider staff, and participate in quality assurance activities.
- Oversee clinical safety and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide care as a clinician and leader.
- Define a vision of quality improvement and act as an operations consultant.
- Supervise medical practitioners providing direct patient care.
- Experience in reviewing and monitoring VA's SAIL Value Models/Metrics, implementing the PACT Model, and improving VA's CBOC Quality and Process improvement requirements.
- Collaborate with executive management to enhance patient care and improve medical practice.
