Primary Care Physician

Join a strong SSG group in a Palm Desert location, focusing on bread and butter primary care. This position offers a 100% outpatient setting with no call requirements.

Job Description

• See adults 18 and over; no pediatrics
• Heavily senior-based practice with 65% of patients being seniors
• Work 4 1/2 days a week, with Dr. Jones-Poland aiming for a 4-day work week
• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Will accept new graduates
• Manage 16 to 18 patients a day
• Serve a mostly middle-class demographic
• Conduct a Zoom call, followed by a site visit, then an offer

Compensation

• Salary of $110,000 to $137,000+, potentially more for experience
• 15 days of vacation plus major holidays
• Stipend for insurance, allowing the provider to choose the best insurance on the market
• $3,000 relocation assistance
