    Job Description:

    • Seeking a part-time (0.75 FTE) CRNA to join a hospital-based team of independent practice CRNAs.
    • Must have 3 years' experience.
    • Work on a 2 weeks on/1 week off, rotating schedule.
    • Independently provide acute pain services, including ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and indwelling epidural catheter placement and management.

    Practice Areas:

    • Anesthesia provides services to various specialties including:

    Schedule:

    • Rotating schedule of 2 weeks on, 1 week off.
    • Monday through Friday: Typically 7:30 am to 3:30 pm or adjusted based on daily caseload.
    • Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: Call only.
    • Post-call weekdays are scheduled work days. If overnight was busy, the post-call CRNA is the first to be dismissed based on caseload and staffing.

    On-Call Policy:

    • Shared call from home during weeks on service.
    • Approximate annual total:
      • 34 or 35 Saturdays or Sundays
      • 85 weekdays (including 1 or 2 holidays)
    • On-call commitments during each 3-week cycle:
      • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
      • Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
      • Week 3: off
    • CRNAs must be able to respond in person to the hospital within 30 minutes of notification.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base Salary
    • Call availability compensation:
      • Weekdays (Monday through Friday): $23.00/hour or $345.00 for 15 hours (5 pm to 7 am)
      • Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: $28.33/hour or $680.00 for 24 hours (7 am to 7 am)
    • Call back: $105.77/hour
    • Projected compensation (average) for call availability and call back: $63,445
    • Projected total compensation: $228,445
    • CME funds: $3,500
    • Commencement bonus: $25,000
    • Relocation: $10,000 to $20,000
