    Job Description:

    • Need a CRNA
    • 5 Operating Rooms
    • 210 cases per month, including 20 births per month
    • Surgical suites have state-of-the-art anesthesia equipment
    • CRNA's are encouraged to practice as active independent members of the Anesthesia Team
    • 7am - 3pm with minimal trauma
    • Call responsibility is 1:5, and the average call back is reasonable and manageable
    • Will work with 3 F/T CRNA's and 2 F/T Anesthesiologists on staff
    • They use a Medical Supervision model which allows great flexibility and autonomy for the CRNA's
    • Head/heart cases are not performed
    • Skill requirements include General, Spinal, Obstetrical, Pediatric, and Thoracic Anesthesia except open heart; Bier Block, Ventilation Management in the OR (establishing and maintaining an airway; various modes of ventilation); and arterial line
    • Preferred skills would include epidural and peripheral nerve block expertise

    Surgery Percentages:

    • 50% general surgeries, including eyes and urology
    • 25% Ortho
    • 10% OB/GYN
    • 15% other surgeries
